Friday

Mommy and daddy made me a chart. I call it Friday. I call it Friday because it's for a Friday surprise. A Friday surprise is a prize you get on Friday. I earn it by getting points on my chart. I have to do math, reading and chores. I have to get 60 points in math. I got 15 points for Splash Math, 5 points for playing number BINGO with mommy, and 5 points for Starfall Math. I still need 30 points. I have to get 60 points in reading. I got 15 points for Reading Bear, 10 points for writing a letter to my cousin Isaac, and 5 points for helping mommy read a book. I have to do 25 more points in reading. I have to get 30 points in chores. I got 5 points for cleaning the bathroom upstairs, 5 points for cleaning up the hall, and 5 points for helping with dishes. I need 15 more points in chores. I like to earn points. I am excited to see what my Friday surprise will be.

A Note from Mom: We just started this system this week. They have some required (on the bottom) and some optional (the straight part). They choose from a list a things they can do (or they can suggest other things) for the optional ones.m
